Florida-based real estate developer The St. Joe Company (St. Joe) and hotel company Hilton have announced the opening of Home2 Suites by Hilton Santa Rosa Beach in Florida, US.

Located in Santa Rosa Beach, north of US Highway 98, the hotel offers 107 spacious guest suites, including one-bedroom suites.

The hotel is also located close to the famous Scenic Highway 30A corridor, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and the area's white-sand beaches.

The hotel provides a host of amenities for guests, including a business centre, free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness centre and an inviting outdoor lounge featuring a fire pit.

With this addition, St. Joe's hotel portfolio now features 978 operational hotel rooms and this opening marks the third of five planned hotel openings scheduled for the first half of 2023.

Furthermore, three additional hotels are currently under construction, with two set to open later in June of this year and the third expected for 2024.

Once completed, the total number of rooms under St. Joe’s portfolio will increase to 1,298.
