Indian hotel group Suba Hotels has expanded its presence in India with the launch of Clarion Hotel Khayal Kochi in the state of Kerala.

The development is a joint effort between Suba Hotels, hospitality destination Kochi Khayal and American hotel franchisor Choice Hotels International.

This partnership marks the first entry of both Choice Hotels International and Suba Hotels into the Kerala market.

Located in Kakkanad, Kochi, the newly opened hotel features 70 rooms and suites, combining contemporary amenities with the historical allure of Kochi.

Guests have access to a variety of facilities, encompassing two meeting and banquet venues, two boardrooms, a gym, a spa, a swimming pool, and a multi-cuisine restaurant.

Clarion Hotel Khayal Kochi boasts versatile event spaces, including a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 120 guests for various events.

The property also provides outdoor events and large-scale gatherings with its food production setup.
