Surfsand Resort, a beachfront sanctuary on the Oregon Coast in the US, has completed a $12m renovation project.
The comprehensive refurbishment has upgraded the resort's public areas, guest rooms, meeting spaces, and restaurant.
Plante's Hotel Renovation spearheaded the design and construction efforts.
Surfsand Resort general manager Phillip Wilson said: “The six-month upgrade project touched every inch of the property.
“The renovated spaces redefine warmth and comfort, ensuring an unforgettable experience.”
The reception area now features a cerused wood plank ceiling, mosaic wall, terrazzo tile floors, and oak chandeliers.
Guest rooms have been updated with contemporary flooring, mango wood headboards, and more.
The Wayfarer Restaurant & Lounge has also been refreshed.
The scratch kitchen now serves Northwest seafood dishes alongside a selection of regional wines, beers, and cocktails.
In addition, the indoor heated pool and hot tub now feature updated tiling and lighting while the fitness centre offers new equipment such as includes Peloton bikes and Precor machines.
Surfsand Resort is said to have also maintained its pet-friendly policy, now offering a VIP (Very Important Pet) experience.
This includes an outdoor pet washing station and the new Bone Appetit Bistro in the lobby that offers complimentary and purchasable pet treats and toys.
The resort's staff, including the Beachfront Concierge team and Bonfire Butler, will organise activities for guests.
Additional facilities at the property include a Cannon Beach spa, electric vehicle charging stations, and event venues such as the Tide Pool Ballroom.
