The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth has announced plans to make its debut later this year as the first luxury property in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, Texas, the US.
It will be the new project in Crescent Real Estate's platinum portfolio of properties.
The new five-storey hotel will be located at the crossroads of downtown, the world-renowned Cultural District and will surround historic neighbourhoods.
It is part of a mixed-use project, named the Crescent, Fort Worth, that includes 167 luxury apartments and a 170,000ft² Class AA office building.
The Crescent Hotel will feature 200 guestrooms, including 12 luxury suites, two restaurants, an 8,000ft² courtyard and a lobby bar.
The guestrooms include mini bars, an ample workstation, lounge seating and local artwork.
An exclusive rooftop bar, Canyon Ranch Wellness Club and 14,000ft² of special event space across 10 unique venues, with a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces are also included in the hotel.
The hotel is situated among Fort Worth's top destinations, such as Dickies Arena, the Modern Art Museum, and the Kimbell Art Museum.
