The Hotel Group (THG), an affiliate of Hotel Equities (HE), has been chosen to manage the Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South, a 225-room property in Des Moines, Washington, US.
The latest move to manage Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South is part of THG’s continued expansion efforts.
With a growing portfolio of upscale hotels, THG aims to bring a fresh perspective and elevated standards to the Four Points by Sheraton property.
The Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South offers convenient access to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which is situated less than three miles away, as well as the Link Light Rail to downtown Seattle.
The hotel's strategic location further makes it a suitable choice for both business and leisure travellers.
It offers views of Puget Sound and provides guests with amenities such as spacious rooms equipped with ergonomic workspace, a mini fridge, a safe, and an HD TV.
It also features an on-site restaurant and more than 11,000ft² of meeting space, which can be used for multiple purposes and events.
Additional facilities include a heated outdoor pool, a fitness centre, which is open for guests round-the-clock, a convenience store, Wi-Fi access throughout the premises as well as complimentary airport shuttle service for guests.
THG CEO and principal Douglas Dreher said: “We are thrilled to be adding Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South to our growing portfolio and continuing to reinforce our presence in the Puget Sound market.
“THG is excited to be partnering with Yareton Investment & Management, an ownership group with a commitment to our vision of Inspired Hospitality Greatness.”
The latest management transition is a strategic move that reinforces THG's ongoing effort to offer enhanced hospitality services to guests and deliver investment value maximisation for its partners.
Since its establishment in 1984, THG has managed and/or owned more than 140 properties across 25 US states, representing over 20 different brands.
In 2021, HE expanded its presence in the Pacific Northwest by finalising a strategic alliance with THG. This partnership aimed to integrate both companies' platforms to develop an efficient operations engine while focusing on future growth through development and hotel acquisitions.
