Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, a part of Minor Hotels, has announced the launch of the Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Wellness Resort & Spa in northern Italy.
Located in the Gulf of Trieste, the resort has undergone renovations and introduced two new partnerships, namely Purobeach Portopiccolo and Italian wellness brand Terme di Saturnia.
The resort is situated within the mixed-use development of Portopiccolo and offers 58 guest rooms, including 20 suites, and 30 branded apartments. It also provides various leisure facilities and amenities.
Later this year, the resort will unveil a 3,600m² spa area operated by Terme di Saturnia, with eight treatment rooms, a couple’s spa suite, a large indoor/outdoor vitality pool with sea views, and more.
The main hotel also houses a wellness and fitness centre, featuring a sauna, steam room, and gymnasium.
The property is a 20-minute drive from Trieste Airport and within an hour from the airports of Venice, Treviso and Ljubljana.
Tivoli Hotels & Resorts's current network includes nearly 20 properties across various countries such as Brazil, China, Italy, the Netherlands, Qatar, and Spain, with plans to expand further into Europe and the Middle East.
This announcement comes shortly after Minor Hotels (China) signed a new dual-branded property in Yining, Xinjiang, which will mark the entry of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts and NH Hotels & Resorts brands into north-west China.
