Hotel property management company TPG Hotels & Resorts has taken on the management of two Marriott-branded properties in Augusta, Georgia.
These properties are The Residence Inn by Marriott Augusta and the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Augusta, both owned by PeachState Hospitality.
Featuring 124 guest rooms, Residence Inn offers a variety of suites, such as one- and two-bedroom, each designed with separate living and sleeping areas.
Its guests can access fully equipped kitchens and other complimentary services such as Wi-Fi and free breakfast.
The 88-room SpringHill Suites Augusta provides guests with suites featuring a microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. The hotel also offers amenities such as ergonomic work areas, flexible lobby spaces, a 24-hour market and an indoor pool.
Hotel Management quoted TPG Hotels & Resorts president Ben Perelmuter as saying: “We are extremely pleased to be adding more properties from PeachState Hospitality to our portfolio.
“We have proven that our operations, cultures and core values as a company align with PeachState's and look forward to continue growing alongside them.”
The hotels' location near I-20 and I-520 provides easy access to various local attractions such as Fort Gordon and the Augusta National Golf Club, reported Hotel Business.
