Treehouse Hotels and Resorts, owned by India-based Karma Hospitality, has expanded its portfolio by opening a new concept of caravan parks in India.

Treehouse Hotel will launch its first caravan park in Neemrana, Rajasthan, according to an ANI press release.

The company intends to build 20 caravan parks over the span of the next five years, the first of which will be located in Achrol Niwas, a Treehouse Hotel near Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The new concept intends to provide accommodation to guests staying in a caravan park or who own caravans but need a secure and safe place to store them.

Treehouse Hotels and Resorts managing partner Jayant Singh said: “We are absolutely thrilled to offer this new unwinding offering for road trip travellers and caravan lovers.

“The entire concept is very unique in addition to our hospitality portfolio and introducing caravan parks will be a very significant contribution towards the hospitality infrastructure in India. We are aiming to introduce at least 20 such parks in the coming 5 years.

“We hope to see more takers of the new-age concepts and plan to introduce many more of such ventures in the future.”

The caravan park will have direct access to Neemrana’s existing Resort of Treehouse Hotels, thereby offering guests complete access to the resort’s amenities such as a swimming pool, a cycling track, a tennis court, star gazing, camping and a range of outdoor and indoor activities.

Additionally, the caravan park also offers tents and barbecue facilities. It contains three caravans for guests and three parking bays with electrical and plumbing amenities for visitors to park their caravans.
