TreeHouse Hotels & Resorts, a brand owned by Karma Hospitality, has signed TreeHouse Morina, a new hotel located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, reported ETHospitality.com.

The hotel will house 77 rooms to cater to the needs of both business and leisure travellers, as well as a range of amenities including a multi-cuisine restaurant, swimming pool, gymnasium, and spa.

It will also comprise a 1,000ft² banquet hall, a lawn that can accommodate around 350 guests, as well as a conference room.

TreeHouse Morina will be located in the city's primary business area, providing easy access to commercial and industrial hubs.

It will also provide connectivity to key transport hubs, including the airport and railway stations.

In addition, the hotel's location will be ideal for guests looking to explore Ahmedabad's cultural heritage, with historical landmarks such as the Sun Temple (Modhera), Bechraji Shakti Pith, and Sankeshwar Jain Temple all within a ten-minute drive.

Last year, ETHospitality.com reported that Treehouse Hotels & Resorts launched caravan parks in India.

Under this concept, the first property will open in Neemrana, Rajasthan. It will be called Treehouse Sunrise Resort and Caravan Park, Neemrana.
