Trump Hotels has implemented BirchStreet Systems’ ReactorNet procure-to-pay (P2P) solution across its properties in the US and Europe.

This initiative is part of a three-year agreement with the luxury hotel chain.

The deployment aims to boost operational efficiency, streamline data consolidation, and enhance global processes at Trump Hotel locations.

The rollout of the ReactorNet solution, acquired by BirchStreet Systems in March 2024, started with Trump International Golf Links & Hotel Ireland, Doonbeg.

According to the technology vendor, Trump Hotels’ adoption of the ReactorNet solution was driven by the latter’s competitive value and user-friendly interface.

This system also provides automation of the purchase order lifecycle, which is expected to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across the hotel chain's operations.

Trump Hotels will leverage a full suite of integrated solutions, including eProcurement, accounts payable workflow, inventory management, and Capex.

Trump Hotels global procurement VP Katherine Elardo said: “The integration of the ReactorNet solution is significant for Trump Hotels as it allows us to consolidate our various operational needs into one streamlined system, greatly enhancing our productivity and data management capabilities.”

In addition, BirchStreet will provide in-person training for Trump Hotels' staff at each property to ensure proficiency with the new systems and processes.

The global rollout will continue with Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, with further deployments planned this year at Trump National Doral Miami and Trump International Hotel and Tower New York.

The final phase, expected to be completed in 2025, will see the implementation at Trump Hotel corporate offices, Trump International Hotel Las Vegas, and Trump Turnberry in Scotland.

BirchStreet Systems principal Anita Watts said: “Data consolidation is a cornerstone for modern hospitality management. By integrating various operational needs into a single system, we provide hotels with the ability to manage resources more efficiently, reduce duplication and gaps, and make data-driven decisions.

“This partnership with Trump Hotels showcases our dedication to delivering comprehensive and customizable procurement solutions that address the specific challenges faced by the modern hospitality industry.”
