Global hospitality management company Valor Hospitality Partners has announced the expansion of its US portfolio by assuming operations of the Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket hotel in Virginia.
This move aligns with the company's strategy to enhance its presence in prime locations worldwide.
The Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket features 117 guest rooms, a fitness centre, and a business centre.
The property also features three meeting rooms, offering a total of 2,570ft² of event space.
In addition, the hotel has two on-site restaurants, including the Red House Tavern with a menu featuring locally sourced comfort food and drinks.
Its Crossroads Cafe serves as an all-day corner coffee shop, offering fair trade coffee, baked goods, soups, salads, and sandwiches.
Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket is easily accessible to Washington DC, the cities of Manassas and Middleburg, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and other historic sites in the region.
Valor Hospitality Americas chief development officer Dwayne Marshall said: "The addition of the Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket to the Valor portfolio, a hidden gem within the Piedmont region of Virginia proximate to both the Manassas National Battlefield Park and downtown Washington DC, will allow us to demonstrate our obsession to both creating memorable guest experiences and delivering exceptional commercial performance for our partners.
“We are encouraged by our company’s continued growth in North America as we further our presence in the Mid-Atlantic.”
In May, Valor Hospitality expanded its portfolio in East Africa with the signings of the TUI Blue Watamu Hotel in Kenya and Zanzibar’s first Canopy by Hilton.
