Wildwood Inn, a scenic retreat nestled in Estes Park, Colorado, US, has partnered with Life House to oversee the hotel's management.
This collaboration aims to enhance the guest experience at the 28-key property, which is situated on seven acres of natural landscape and offers a variety of deluxe cabin-style accommodations.
With this partnership, the hotel is set to introduce modern amenities and streamline its services to cater to the needs of its guests.
The family-friendly Wildwood Inn is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from Rocky Mountain National Park, one of the most visited national parks in the US.
The hotel boasts 14 unique room types, each featuring deluxe cabin-style interiors with modern amenities.
Suites at Wildwood Inn are designed for comfort, offering private balconies or fireplaces, and some include kitchens and hot tubs.
The area around Wildwood Inn is known for its dry, sunny climate and mild winters, making it an attractive destination all year round.
Guests have access to a range of outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, and wildlife spotting.
The nearby town of Estes Park provides additional recreational options such as rock climbing and horseback riding, alongside a lively dining scene and seasonal events.
The transition in management comes after the retirement of the previous owners of Wildwood Inn.
The new owners, Jamie Sutton and Micah Kohls of Sayge Capital, have already begun implementing modern enhancements to the property in collaboration with Life House.
These upgrades include advanced reservation software, updated TVs with streaming services, and a convenient self-check-in process supported by smart door locks.
In addition to technological upgrades, Sayge Capital and Life House are committed to expanding the hotel's amenities to further accommodate families.
Plans include the addition of a guest laundry facility and a recreation room equipped with a pool table, video games, and vending machines.
Sutton said: “We're thrilled to collaborate with Life House to usher in a new era for this remarkable property. We share a commitment to preserving this property’s rich legacy while integrating technology and hotel management expertise to enhance the overall guest experience.”
Life House CEO Chris Cave said: “Jamie Sutton and Micah Kohls’ vision for Wildwood aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering memorable experiences. This property is a true gem that captures the essence of the Rocky Mountains, and we are excited to work with Jamie and Micah to unlock its full potential.”
