WorldVue Connect, a provider of technology solutions for the hotel sector, has formed an alliance with Cabling Solutions, a company specialising in IT infrastructure for the hospitality industry.

The partnership includes an acquisition of a minority ownership stake in Cabling Solutions by WorldVue and the establishment of a funding vehicle aimed at scaling growth.

For five decades, WorldVue has been delivering video, wireless connectivity, and professional services to hotels, residential properties, and enterprises globally.

WorldVue president and chief operating officer Robert Grosz said: “Our mission is to help guest-centric real estate venues leverage digital technology to evolve the lives of those who work, live, and enjoy these built environments.

“Behind every great digital experience is a foundation of cabling and fibre-optic infrastructure. Cabling Solutions is a market leader in designing and building this infrastructure at scale.”

The move establishes an operating framework, granting Cabling Solutions the autonomy to use its strengths while gaining influence over WorldVue's operating platform.

It paves the way for WorldVue to invest in future opportunities.

Earlier this month, WorldVue partnered with Yedla Hotels to provide live streams of the 2024 Department of Defense Warrior Games across four Orlando properties.
