Wyndham partners with Adityaz Hotels for new hotel in Gwalior, India

Currently undergoing extensive upgrades, Wyndham Garden Gwalior is projected to open its doors next year.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with The Adityaz Hotels to open a new Wyndham Garden-branded property in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.

This hotel will host around 90 rooms and various amenities such as multiple dining options, separate meeting spaces, a swimming pool and banquet halls, as well as space for other recreational facilities.

Currently undergoing extensive upgrades, Wyndham Garden Gwalior is projected to open its doors next year.

According to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the new project is anticipated to generate more than 150 jobs.

ETHospitalityWorld.com quoted Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA president Dimitris Manikis as saying: “Launching the Wyndham Garden brand in Gwalior represents our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in new locations.

“Wyndham Garden Gwalior, on Airport Road, will elevate local hospitality and embody our 'Travel at Ease' ethos, turning ordinary stays into memorable experiences. This project will create over 150 jobs, contributing to the local economy and demonstrating our dedication to responsible and sustainable growth.”

With nearly 9,200 hotels in over 95 countries, Wyndham's network has more than 876,000 rooms, serving the economy and midscale segments of the lodging sector.

Established in 2011, Adityaz Hotel has been serving business and leisure travellers for over a decade.

The Adityaz Hotels managing director Deependra Kumar Tamotia added: “Our partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the largest hotel franchising company in the world, to launch the 'Wyndham Garden' brand in Gwalior brings us great joy.”
