Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Asia Pacific and Vietnam’s T&T Hospitality, a member of T&T Group, have entered a cooperation agreement. 

An official signing ceremony took place in Hanoi on 4 April 2024. As part of the agreement, Wyndham will manage and operate T&T Group's hotel in Hai Duong City. 

The Wyndham T&T Hai Duong hotel will feature 214 rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant.  

The hotel will include advanced fitness facilities, spa services, meeting spaces, and dining options, catering to both business and leisure travellers. 

Located in the heart of Hai Duong City, within the dynamic Trade–Service–Entertainment Centre complex, the property is slated to open in 2026. 

T&T Group board of directors vice-chairman and T&T Hospitality chairman Do Vinh Quang said the partnership will see Wyndham support T&T Group in developing and operating a luxurious hotel according to international standards. 

Quang said: “Not only bringing unforgettable vacations and experiences to tourists from all over the world, we also hope that the services that Wyndham T&T Hai Duong brings in the near future will gradually contribute to improving tourism standards. tourism - resort and travel habits in Vietnam in general and Hai Duong in particular." 

Recently, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced its expansion into the upscale extended stay segment through a strategic relationship with WaterWalk, launching the WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham brand.
