Zien Group, the parent company of Eden Hotels, has announced the opening of the Jan Luyken Amsterdam hotel.
With the opening, Jan Luyken Amsterdam became the first hotel under an all-new independent hotel brand of the company.
Jan Luyken Amsterdam is an old 62-bedroom boutique townhouse located in the Amsterdam city centre that has been transformed into a hotel property where guests can make themselves home and use the amenities for relaxation, business and play, according to Zien Group via LinkedIn.
The company has made a multi-million-pound investment in this renovation project.
According to hospitalitynet, Amsterdam-based interior design studio Nicemakers developed the welcoming interiors of the ground floor community spaces. The design inspiration was drawn from the city and Dutch craftsmanship.
The property is located close to the Museum Quarter and P.C. Hooftstraat.
Zien Group CEO Billy Skelli-Cohen said: “This is an exciting time for our team as Zien Group reopens its first property outside of the Eden Hotels portfolio.
“We are continuing to unlock potential in our portfolio by reimagining some of our hotels while looking for growth opportunities throughout Europe.”
The guest rooms featured at the property are single bedrooms, double bedrooms and medium-sized studio bedrooms.
Among the other guest amenities provided at the hotel include a library, a gym, a garden area, breakfast for guests and a bar.
