Long-time CVPS valet parking system client, Tropicana Atlantic City, has added another one of Service Tracking Systems’ solutions, BellDeskPro. Service Tracking Systems (STS) provides valet and bell desk management systems for hotels, resorts and casinos around the world.
In 1995, STS invented the first computerized valet parking system, CVPS. Much like in the valet parking industry, a bell desk operation can benefit from tracking the various stages of their tickets and fronts.
Service Tracking Systems’ bell desk software evenly distributes bell desk service tasks among the crew without bias, and accounts for all bellman’s whereabouts. The intelligent logic system groups common area tasks as needed. Services such as VIP delivery, floral deliveries, and dry cleaning are included within the system and also become assigned through the intelligent logic.
“For almost a decade, we’ve been providing Tropicana Atlantic City with our valet parking technology, CVPS,” said Andy Preas, president of Service Tracking Systems. “We are proud to service them with another of our service-enhancing technology solutions.”
