German dishwashing specialist Winterhalter has introduced the world’s smallest utensil washer, the newly developed GS 630. The compact under-counter version delivers perfect dishwashing results and ensures maximum hygiene.
Intended for food service, bakeries, butcher shops and chain restaurants, the GS 630 utensil dishwasher performs big in small kitchens or tight spaces. Thanks to modern technology, the GS 630 returns excellent dishwashing results for Euronorm trays, sheet pans, Gastronorm containers, trays, grease filters, dishes and flatware. It can also wash glasses with professional results thanks to optional temperature switching. Lower operating costs and considerable time savings are the result of numerous technical innovations.
Easy to use
Language-independent, colour-coded single-button operation and displays for temperature and rinse aid level ensure the GS 630 is easy to operate for the staff. Three different washing programs (short, standard and intensive) can be selected depending on how dirty the ware is. The programs enable the GS 630 to achieve perfect washing results even when utensils are especially dirty.
Hygiene ensured
The washing system, which has top and bottom reversing wash arms, ensures maximum coverage. Combined with the triple wash water filtration system and proven Mediamat, Winterhalter ensures hygiene. Dirt, limescale and bacteria do not stand a chance thanks to the automatic self-cleaning program and smooth and seamless machine interior.
