IHG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Tuyet Lien Son to debut its upscale voco brand in Vietnam next year.
Dubbed voco Ma Belle Danang, the property is currently nearing completion. It is located in the coastal city of Danang, 5km away from Danang International airport.

By GlobalDataThe launch of the 290-room hotel will mark the foray of voco brand in South East Asia market.
It will feature rooftop bars, which will provide the guests with a view of the ocean and the city.
Among other things, the hotel will also have an all-day dining restaurant, gym, as well as spaces to host social events and destination weddings.
IHG South East Asia & Korea Development vice-president Serena Lim said: “It’s fantastic to debut the voco brand in Vietnam with such a passionate and committed partner in Tuyet Lien Son. voco has quickly expanded around the world and we are seeing increased interest in it across South East Asia.”
Tuyet Lien Son Co deputy general director Nguyen Tuyet added: “We built this hotel with a vision to give guests a fantastic lifestyle experience through which they can truly be themselves. Guests should have a fabulous time, feel the energy of love and happiness when they stay with us.”
IHG launched voco in 2018. The brand currently has over 35 properties either now open or in the pipeline, including hotels in Australia, the UK, Montenegro, UAE and China.
The company plan to expand the brand to Germany, France, The Netherlands, Egypt, Poland, Cyprus, South Africa and Thailand in the next few years.
In September this year, IHG opened the new 166-room Hotel Indigo Bath, further expanding its boutique footprint.
In October, the company signed a management agreement with Redhat Al Jabal to introduce the 176-room Hotel Indigo in Oman.
