Côte d’Azur Monaco Hotel, located in the Heart of Europe, Dubai World Islands, has deployed property management tools from US-based software company Infor.
The 198-room hotel implemented the Infor Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) and Infor SCS Sales and Event Management solution with the aim of improving the guest experience at the property.
Within the next few months, the 272-key Nice, a second property on the same island, will also implement both tools.
The Monaco Hotel seeks to collect and use integrated, holistic data at various touchpoints with Infor HMS, in a bid to deliver guests a customised experience.
It allows the hotel to offer services such as self-check-in while enabling customers to choose their preferences from eating to entertainment through their smartphones or tablets.
The hotel can streamline the management of events and catering by utilising Infor Sales and Event Management, the technology company stated.
